Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
Nature of the service — guidance only
Sivayan provides astrological analysis and AI-assisted interpretation for personal insight and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make based on the content are your own responsibility. Always consult a qualified professional for material decisions.
Purchases, credits & reports
- Question packs, report credits, and compatibility credits are sold as described at the point of purchase.
- Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Validity periods, where they apply, are shown before purchase.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
- Do not submit unlawful content or impersonate others.
- Do not attempt to manipulate the AI to produce harmful, hateful, or unsafe output.
Intellectual property
The platform, engine, and generated report layouts are owned by Sivayan. You retain rights to your own birth data. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sivayan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on astrological content. The service is provided “as is”.
Changes & termination
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
