Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Sivayan. This policy explains when refunds are available for our digital products.

7-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us within 7 days of payment and we will review your request. Where eligible, we issue a refund to your original payment method.

What is eligible

• Unused question and report credits.
• Detailed reports that have not yet been generated.
• Duplicate or accidental charges.

What is not eligible

• Question credits that have already been consumed (an AI answer was generated).
• Detailed reports that have already been generated, except where the report is defective or incorrect.
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.

Defective or incorrect reports

If a generated report is defective, incomplete, or was produced from incorrect birth details on our side, we will regenerate it or refund it at no cost. Note that astrological interpretation is inherently guidance — disagreement with the interpretation itself is not, by itself, a defect.

How to request a refund

Email support@sivayan.com with your order details, or use our contact page. We typically respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
